The new factory is equipped with a 2000KW photovoltaic system generating approximately 2.35 million kWh annually, reducing carbon emissions by about 1,840 tons. VOC recovery, solvent treatment, and RTO incineration systems enable waste gas recycling and steam reuse, promoting circular economy and energy conservation.

All production is carried out in GMP-certified cleanrooms, ensuring the safety and compliance of food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical packaging, while ISO standards and other quality controls guarantee product quality.

Leater offers small-batch customization, personalized printing, functional packaging (e.g., NFC anti-counterfeiting tags, temperature-sensitive labels), and a variety of material and structural combinations to meet diverse client needs.

Products include ice cream packaging, eight-side sealed bags, three-side sealed bags, center-sealed bags, stand-up pouches, seasoning packaging, candy and chocolate packaging, pastes and liquids, pharmaceutical packaging, and daily chemical packaging.

Leater promotes recyclable mono-material packaging, biodegradable materials, reduced material usage, and energy-efficient printing processes to achieve environmental protection and sustainable development.

Daytime power generation lowers peak electricity costs and reduces grid load during peak hours, contributing to energy savings and environmental protection, with an estimated annual economic value of around 13 million CNY.

VOC recovery exceeds 95%, emission concentration is below 50 mg/m³, with annual solvent recovery reaching 3,000 tons and RTO-generated steam exceeding 2,000 tons, ensuring environmental compliance and circular utilization.
