Fragrant Rice Dumplings for Dragon Boat Festival, Warm Care from Leater!

To celebrate the traditional Dragon Boat Festival, foster a festive atmosphere, enhance team spirit, and express the company’s heartfelt care for employees, Leater successfully hosted the themed event “Dragon Boat Festival Celebration · Warmth in Togetherness” from May 29 to 30, 2025.

Let’s look back on those heartwarming and memorable moments!

Hands-On Rice Dumpling Workshop

On the afternoon of May 29, the company cafeteria was transformed into a lively “Dumpling Workshop.” Colleagues skilled at making zongzi acted as “teachers,” while selected instructional videos guided everyone through the process. Folding bamboo leaves, filling sticky rice, pressing fillings, and tying with string—simple steps on the surface, but requiring skill and practice.

Leaders and Employees Working Side by Side

One of the most touching scenes was leaders and employees sitting together, making rice dumplings as one team. With glutinous rice, bamboo leaves, red beans, dates, and fresh meat laid across the tables, everyone shared tips, learned from each other, and laughed throughout the process. Leaders set aside their daily tasks to join the fun, bringing colleagues closer and creating moments of warmth. Each participant also received a small gift as a festive token of appreciation.

After three hours of teamwork, more than 300 delicious zongzi were prepared!
A heartfelt thank-you to all colleagues—these rice dumplings were not just festive treats, but symbols of love, care, and the “Leater family spirit.” Special thanks also to the HR and administrative staff for their careful preparation, ensuring the smooth success of the event.

Warm Festival Sharing

On May 30, the festive warmth continued as every employee received freshly steamed zongzi and refreshing watermelon at the cafeteria. These thoughtful gifts, filled with holiday blessings, brought joy to all. Smiles lit up faces as everyone enjoyed the handmade dumplings—whether by their own hands or those of their colleagues—bringing a true sense of “home” to the workplace.

More Than a Festival—A Journey of Culture and Connection

The “Dragon Boat Festival Celebration · Warmth in Togetherness” event concluded successfully, leaving behind not only sweet flavors but also cherished memories. Through participation, teamwork, and sharing, we achieved:
