Leater Employees’ Yoga Experience Class Highlights
In response to the national “Fitness for All” initiative, Leater organized a special yoga experience class for employees, aiming to enhance health, foster a positive and energetic atmosphere, and provide a platform for colleagues to share, connect, and grow together.
On Saturday evening, while the city outside was still bustling, a group of Leater employees pressed the “pause” button. Guided by breath and movement, they embarked on a gentle dialogue with their own minds and bodies. Carefully planned by the HR department, this exclusive yoga session came to a fulfilling close. Let’s look back at some inspiring and peaceful moments!

A Collective Agreement to Relax
On June 14, 2025, at 4:30 PM, employees from different departments gathered in the Leater yoga studio. Under the guidance of professional yoga instructor Ms. Shao, everyone set off on a short but valuable journey of relaxation and stress relief.
Time on the Mat: Stretch, Breathe, and Feel the Present
- From stiffness to flexibility
Accompanied by soothing music and clear instructions, participants began with simple joint warm-ups, gradually moving into deeper stretches for the shoulders, neck, and back. Slowly, furrowed brows softened, and tense muscles found release. - Breathing as connection
“Inhale, lengthen the spine; exhale, release and sink…” The instructor’s steady reminders turned breathing into a bridge between body and mind. As everyone focused on each inhale and exhale, work-related distractions quietly faded away. - Focused energy flow
The room was filled with calm and concentration. Some closed their eyes to sense subtle bodily shifts, while others carefully followed posture adjustments. At that moment, there was nothing but breath, soft music, and inner peace.
No Experience? No Problem!
The instructor attentively observed each participant, offering gentle guidance and encouragement. Whether beginners or more experienced, everyone found their own comfort zone and experienced safe, effective relaxation.
